PhysX Visual Debugger (PVD, previously known as Visual Remote Debugger) is an specialised application, capable of recording data from PhysX scene for subsequent debugging and profiling.
Should not be confused with PhysX Visual Indicator.

Other notes
As other PhysX tools, PhysX Visual Debugger was rewritten from scratch after Ageia was aquired by NVIDIA. New version was designated as PVD 2.0, while previous version was known as PVD 1.1.9
